Downtown Vision, Inc. Presents ‘The Elbow Bender’ in Jacksonville, FL on Thursday, July 9th. The community can enjoy FREE festivities and entry into the bars from 6-10pm.
The Bender will play host to food trucks, trivia & games and craft beer specials. The Elbow bars will offer After Dark programming the night of The Elbow Bender and will offer happy hour and all-night drink specials on subsequent Thursday nights thereafter.
