The story of the group Somatic starts back in 2013 when two friends met at a local show. Since the early days Guitarist/Songwriter Max Kipnis knew this was a project that needed to be pushed and pursued. The outright love for live music and the Tampa Bay music scene is what drives the band to this day. Although transforming and changing several times their integrity remains a dynamic mix of North Eastern Hip/Hop, Jam and Southern Funk/Soul. Providing a Raw, Energetic and Unforgettable experience Somatic is a band on the rise worth checking out. An Ep release is slated and a large amount of material is being worked through, so stay tuned. In the mean time catch one of their shows locally in the Central/West Florida region. “All good things in all good time”
